The Adult Music Ministry currently offers one vocal ensemble, in addition to Sanctuary Choir. Nova is an 18-member auditioned ensemble directed by Doug Haney. It provides a more intense, challenging choral experience for singers. Rehearsals are Sunday evenings at 5:15 p.m.
Nova will sing on occasion at both at 8:30 and 11 a.m. services. Literature will focus on a cappella music of the Renaissance and 20th and 21st centuries, with attention to new works, especially local composers.
