A called church conference has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 26. The purpose of the conference will be to hear recommendations from the Building Modification Task Force and Music Wing Renovation Task Force.
The combined building committees will bring a recommendation to award a construction contract to Julian P. Barry general contractors for renovation work to be done on Fellowship Hall and the music wing, as well as parking expansion. The recommendation also will address other construction costs not in the contract and plans for funding.
The conference will be held at noon and 6 p.m. in the Youth Center, where Wednesday food service will be relocated beginning that week, due to preparation for construction.
