Four ways to find fellowship this spring:
Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner / April 4
Tickets are now on sale for this adult fellowship event that features small-group dinners in member homes. Cost is $8 per person. Child care is available. Tickets in church office.
Men’s canoe campout / April 18-20
Join a group of Wilshire men for tent camping and canoeing on the beautiful Guadalupe River. Travel to Bergheim campground on your own or in carpools. Cost for weekend is $60 per person, which includes all food, the campsites and canoe rentals. Register in the church office with a $10 deposit. Full payment is due by April 15.
Adventurers trip to Tyler / March 28
All adults 55 and older are invited on this day trip to Tyler. The group will depart at 7:30 a.m. and return by 6 p.m. Stops include the Goodman Museum, the Tyler Azalea Trails and a quilt show. Lunch is on your own at Tradition Cafeteria.
Wilshire night at Mesquite Rodeo / April 11
Join a group of Wilshire friends young and old for a night of championship rodeo. Admission is $10 for ages 13 to 59 or $5 for kids under 13 or adults older than 59. Reserve your tickets in the church office. Travel is on your own, and you may choose to arrive earlier to participate in additional activities, such as a petting zoo, pony rides or barbeque dinner.
