There’s something special at Wilshire for both married couples and single moms March 28.
That’s the night of the next Marriage One-on-One, which will feature “The Newlywed Game” led by Laurie Taylor. She reports that prizes will be awarded and you don’t have to be a newlywed to participate.
Marriage One-on-One begins at 6:30 p.m. and lasts for 45 minutes. Afterward, couples are encouraged to go out to dinner and discuss what they’ve learned. Free child care is available from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
On the same night, a group of single moms will get together at Baker Brothers in Old Town Shopping Center. Free child care begins at 6:30 p.m. at the church, and the group will meet at Baker Brothers at 7 p.m.
