Registration for the fall session of Wilshire Early Childhood Learning Center will be open to the community beginning Monday, February 11, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Registration times are Monday, February 11th and Tuesday, February 12th from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and from 2 to 3 p.m. in the James Gallery at Wilshire. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate that remaining spaces will fill quickly, so it is in your best interest to register on Monday, February 11th. Once all spaces are filled, registration will close and families will have the option of being placed on a waiting list. If a space does become available, families will be contacted.
Come prepared to fill out a brief registration form, stating the number of days and which days you would prefer. You may request a first, second, and third choice. You will complete and submit your registration form along with your non-refundable registration fee of $135 per child. A tuition chart is included with this letter for your convenience. You will be notified in writing regarding your child’s placement by the end of February. If we are unable to place your child, your registration fee will be refunded.
ECLC offers classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We have classes for infants through pre-kindergartners. To be eligible for enrollment, infants must be three months old on or before August 31, 2008. Infants, toddlers, and two-year-olds may come one, two, or three days, based on your preference and class availability. Three-year-olds may choose a two day class (Tuesday/Thursday) or a three day class (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday). Four-year-olds may choose a three day class (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday) or a four day class (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). If a class does not make, you will be offered placement in an alternate class. Please let us know if you have questions.
