The majority of Wilshire's missions giving comes through congregants' regular contributions to the Ministry Fund. Out of the Ministry Fund, Wilshire supports a variety of missions causes, both local and global, including work of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Baptist General Convention of Texas.

Wilshire's Volunteers in Missions Fund
Wilshire believes all Christians should be able to fulfill their callings from God to serve as mission volunteers, regardless of their own personal wealth. To that end, the church has established a Volunteers in Missions Fund that provides financial assistance on a need basis for Wilshire members to travel to designated mission points of service. The fund is primarily used to support Wilshire's congregation-wide missions projects. Designated contributions are welcome to bolster this ability of this fund to help people believers on mission.
