Music education at Wilshire begins in preschool. We offer a full range of children's choirs, beginning with 3-year-olds. Children's spiritual, physical, social and musical development is the goal of the program.
Performance is not the most important goal of these choirs. The preschool groups schedule opportunities to share with friends and parents through the year, while the Music Makers sing in worship at least twice a year and the Young Musicians lead in worship more often.
Wednesdays - During the school year, Wilshire offers an exciting program of music and missions for preschoolers and children on Wednesday evenings. A delicious dinner buffet is offered in Community Hall from 5 to 6 p.m., and then children are dismissed to classrooms for music programs from 6 to 6:45 p.m., followed by Globetrekkers from 6:45 to 7:15 p.m.
Music & Missions occurs from 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
The choir portion is followed by missions classes divided by the same age groups.

- Pre-K Choir
- Kindergarten Choir
- Music Makers 1 Choir (first grade)
- Music Makers 2 Choir (second grade)
