The Wilshire Sanctuary Choir

The Sanctuary Choir is Wilshire's primary choral group, rehearsing weekly and singing weekly in Sunday morning worship. This is a volunteer group of male and female adult singers who love making a contribution through music.

Sanctuary Choir Mission

Inspiring the worship of God
with beautiful singing.

Sanctuary Choir Vision

We will become a diverse, skilled, Christ-like
community of voices offering
musical excellence every time we sing.
Rehearsals

The Sanctuary Choir rehearses each Wednesday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.  Rehearsals take place in the Sanctuary choir loft. Childcare is available during rehearsals.

The Sanctuary Choir normally leads in 11:00 worship service on Sundays, but also occasionally serves in the 8:30 worship service. The choir also leads in Christmas and Easter programs, as well as singing opportunities in other venues.

For more information about Sanctuary Choir, please contact Minister of Music Doug Haney at 214-452-3123.

All participants in Wilshire’s music ministry are invited to a Sunday, June 1 dessert and program with two violinists from the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.
