Baylor University is the host site for the annual Alleluia Conference, a training conference for church musicians and leaders. Sanctuary Choir has been invited to be the featured choir for 2008. The conference is July 22-25, and the choral concert will be on Wednesday night, July 23. The music ministry will charter buses for this event to transport singers to Waco. We will not spend the night but would return to Dallas that evening. Dinner will be box lunches that must be purchased by Sunday, July 20 for $8 each. Our tentative schedule is:
1:30 p.m. Meet at the buses (must bring your own robe)
2:00 p.m. Depart Dallas
4:00 p.m. Rehearsal
5:30 p.m. Dinner
7:00 p.m. Concert
8:30 p.m. Depart Waco
10:30 p.m. Arrive in Dallas
