Paul Johnson joined the Wilshire staff as minister of business administration in March 2005. He is a veteran church business administrator, previously serving 13 years at Plymouth Congregational Church in Des Moines, Iowa.
A native of Des Moines, he is a graduate of Coe College and Drake University. Before entering vocational ministry, he was a teacher and advertising account executive.
Paul served as president of the National Association of Church Business Administration in 1999 and 2000. In 2004, that professional organization named him Administrator of the Year.
He and his wife, Martha, have one adult son and three grandchildren.
