Wilshire offers two primary locations for weddings. The larger venue is the Sanctuary, which seats up to 800 people. The Sanctuary has a pipe organ and a piano. The smaller venue is McIver Chapel, which seats up to 130. The Chapel has a piano, but will not have a organ until 2009 (it was removed until renovations completed).

Venues available for receptions include James Gallery, Fellowship Hall and the Parlor. (Fellowship Hall and James Gallery may be unavailable during certain times in 2008 due to building renovations)

The following accessories are available at the church for use at no additional charge. Securing additional accessories will be the responsibility of the parties being married.

• 2 candelabras with votive cups in McIver Chapel or Sanctuary   
• 3 sets for unity candles may be used in McIver Chapel or Sanctuary
• 2 kneeling benches may be used in McIver Chapel or Sanctuary
• 2 flower pedestals for McIver Chapel
• 2 flower pedestals for Sanctuary

Receptions

Wilshire Baptist Church offers excellent and convenient facilities for your reception. Our director of food services will assist you in virtually every aspect of the planning and execution of your reception no matter how informal or elaborate and will provide sample menus as well as price lists for every budget. If you wish to use the Wilshire facilities for your reception, you must schedule the room with the wedding administrator and arrange a consultation with the director of food services. Fees for the reception room and food are separate from the wedding fees.
